1. I need you to do a resign up on volleyball, table tennis, and soccer! And give it to me by Wednesday, August 25, 2010, @5PM.
See below for my room schedule.

2. Oratorical Contest (Please see August activities for more information)
* We must have 2 batch representatives- application must be turned in by THURSDAY to NSC.
* P500 fine against our batch if we fail to have representatives.

**OFFICERS:

Divisoria to find materials on Thursday MORNING.
If you have class, for example Eloisa and Romer from section D, then you are excused.

*1 Court: Men's Basketball Practice 9 AM - 1 PM: (4Hrs) 100/hr = P400
*1 Court: Womens Basketball 10 AM - 1 PM: (3Hrs) 100/hr = P300
= P700 to be divided among 30 + people.

*1 Court: Men's Volleyball Tryouts 1 PM - 4 PM: (3Hrs) 100/hr = P300
*1 Court: Women's Volleyball Tryouts 1 PM - 4 PM: (3Hrs) 100/hr = P300
=P600 to be divided among tryout-ee's.

*1 Table: Men's Table Tennis: 4 PM - 5 PM (1Hr) 100/hr = P100
*1 Table: Women's Table Tennis: 4 PM - 5 PM (1Hr) 100/hr = P100
= P200 to be divided among tryout-ee's.

P1,500 to be paid to Marikina Sports Complex by WEDNESDAY AUGUST 25, 2010 (One officer will have to go and pay this. (JP GAZA) We can't reserve the above courts/tables unless we pay.)
*The person who pays will give the above schedule when paying.

Each officer will pay P215, for a total of 1,505 pesos.
Then we will get our money back from the tryout-ee's on the day of the tryouts.
I NEED all the officer's participation. NO EXCUSES.

*I know it's a lot of work, but it's because Marikina is super booked until DECEMBER. There are NO more Saturday's left. Please understand.

how are the 2 coaches in boys basketball team able to practice and train the girls bball at the same time o.O oh wait i guess ej can supervise them while me and jeremy practice.

I would like to apologize for we were unable to comply to your deadline pertaining
to resign up for sport fest. We were all tied up with our presentation for the Buwan ng Wika.
